Robinson Engineering Company makes the warranty and repair process as painless as possible. We do not require pre-authorization or an RMA for these services.

Once we receive the item it will be evaluated and a quotation will be sent to you. If it is repaired or replaced under warranty the quotation will indicate NO CHARGE and returned to you within 3 business days.

For non warranty items we will begin repairs after a Purchase Order or payment terms are arranged, usually within 1 to 2 business days.

WITH THE INFORMATION PROVIDED A WARRANTY/REPAIR FORM WILL BE GENERATED AND DELIVERED TO YOUR EMAIL LISTED BELOW. PLEASE PRINT THIS FORM AND INCLUDE IT IN YOUR SHIPMENT.
